The service is staffed by volunteers, mainly seniors, and provides information and referral advice on issues such as accommodation options, education, finance/business, health and lifestyle. On average volunteers handle around 3,000 calls a month. The Service is housed within the Office for Seniors Interests and Volunteering. Availability: Between 9am and 3pm (Monday-Friday) |
